Boulder Valley Direct Primary Care is Dr. Swanson’s direct primary practice located in Lafayette on Baseline Road. She is a family medicine physician and sees patients of all ages. She is board certified in family medicine and partners with patients to optimize their health through lifestyle measures and if needed, medications.  She is very accessible and takes a limited number of patients so that the patients she does take she can give high-quality care to. She does not take insurance (private, Medicaid, Medicare) but instead charges a monthly membership rate, like a gym membership!
