Description

Please join us for Facebook Essentials for the Small Business Owner.  Even if Facebook isn't your thing, with more than 794 million users the world over, having a Fan Page for your business is more important than ever before. 60% of consumers surveyed report that they are more likely to purchase from a business that has a Fan Page than those without. In this session, you’ll learn some of the key details that go into making yours stand out, plus some best practices for engaging your customers.

Presented by Deb Kolaras, owner and co-founder of Marketing Java, a Boulder-based company that has worked with small businesses for over 20 years. Her company provides marketing, web and social media consulting services, training and support. Co-founder of the Small Business Survival Series, Deb serves on the board of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, and served on the Board of the Mile Business Alliance. She teaches social media courses for the Small Business Development Center at Front Range Community College and serves as a mentor for the CU Leeds School of Business Professional Mentorship Program.
