The ABCs of Business Development is an ongoing series of virtual workshops covering foundational business development topics.
They say it takes a village. This month's session is devoted to how to enroll others to help you grow your business. We will discuss networking, referrals, partnerships, lead groups, member-based organizations, events, sponsorships, and a bunch of other tactics aimed at augmenting the impact of your BD efforts through collaboration.
