What is Safe Conversations?

Safe Conversations® offers practical tools to help us connect beyond our differences. Created by relationship experts Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D., this approach integrates:

• Speaking without criticism
• Listening without judgment
• Connecting across differences

The workshop teaches structured dialogue techniques that help us remain curious rather than defensive when faced with different perspectives. Instead of focusing on what divides us, we learn to create a foundation of mutual respect and understanding.
