About Flex Stretch Therapy:
Caitlyn Bernier is the owner of FLEX Stretch Therapy in Lafayette, CO. She holds a degree in Kinesiology, is a NASM certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach, an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, and a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. In addition to providing stretch therapy, Caitlyn personal trains part-time at the Lafayette Recreation Center.

Caitlyn discovered stretch therapy while living in Massachusetts, where she grew up. After years of working as a rehabilitation technician in a physical therapy office, she shifted gears and began managing an assisted stretching company in Belmont, MA. When her family relocated to Colorado, she founded FLEX with the intention of continuing her passion for helping people live their best, pain-free lives.

Join us for a tour of her new facilities and enjoy light refreshments. The ribbon-cutting ceremony starts at 5:15 PM.
