Imagine! is a nonprofit organization which provides support for individuals with disabilities in the area. One area of support is in employment, and they have qualified candidates ready to work.  Imagine! is hosting a Reverse Career Fair, where their clients will showcase their skills and help local companies connect directly with these qualified candidates. This is an incredible opportunity for local businesses to diversify their workforce and tap into the potential of a unique, skilled population of job seekers. This event will benefit all industries by connecting them with this talented workforce and providing some education on diversity in the workplace and how to be the most supportive employer possible. Each attendee will gain the opportunity to meet candidates who bring unique perspectives, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to the workplace. By engaging directly with individuals who showcase their skills and accomplishments, employers can identify untapped potential and discover innovative ways to meet business challenges. Participating in a reverse job fair demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering stronger community connections. It also enhances an organization's reputation as a forward-thinking, inclusive employer, opening doors to new talent pipelines and improving workplace culture. Here’s the information for the event:

Time: 4:00-7:00 pm

• Employers are invited to come and stay as long as they’d like. Imagine! would prefer that employers plan on arriving between 4:00 and 5:00pm if possible.
