Join us for a delightful celebration centered around the world-famous, all-natural Palisade, Colorado peaches! Indulge in delicious peach pies and peach cobbler while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere!

Let’s help you beat the heat and the lines! We are thrilled to bring you an option to pre-order peach pie/cobbler this year, featuring our beloved and classic Huckleberry Peach Pies & Peach Cobbler (sold day of as well), Tip Top Pies Peach Pie, and Hinman Pies Peach Pie!

Huckleberry Ingredients:
- Pie:
  - Crust: AP flour, vegetable shortening, sugar
  - Filling: Peaches, sugar, modified food starch, lemon juice, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, salt
- Cobbler:
  - Streusel: AP flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, butter
  - Filling: Peaches, sugar, modifided food starch, lemon juice, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, salt
Tip Top Pie Ingredients:
- Bottom Pastry: Butter, water, flour, cake flour, baking powder
- Top pastry: Butter, water, flour
- Filling: Palisade peaches, sugar, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, vanilla, butter
Hinman Pie Ingredients:
- Peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, lime zest, AP flour, butter, water, salt

To pick up your pre-order purchase(s) day of, on August 16^th, head to Festival Plaza to the big gazebo. There will be a designated “Pre-Order Pick Up” banner! We will have a list of names and items purchased.

Event FAQ

Event Highlights:

Culinary Delights: Savor pans of fresh peach pies, peach cobbler, and peach hand pies. Individual servings of peach cobbler are available for sale at Festival Plaza and in front of Lafayette Florist (while supplies last).
Peach Truck Locations: Indulge with more than 30,000 pounds of peaches from Palisade Organic Peach Ranch, Morton's Orchards, and Tate Orchards.
Vendor Showcase: Explore a diverse array of 150+ food vendors, crafters, antique dealers, and some of the finest artists from the Front Range and Western States.
Children's Activities: Additional kids' entertainment is available in the parking lot of Senor Gomez Restaurant. Additional fees may apply for the inflatables.
Meet the Chamber Staff: Attendees are more than welcome to visit the Lafayette Chamber booth to meet and chat with the Chamber staff.

Parking Information:
Please park in the surrounding neighborhoods. Be mindful not to block driveways or park in designated no-parking areas. ADA Parking is available in the Chase Bank parking lot on E. Geneseo & N. Public Road.
