DESCRIPTION:Sensual Flow ~ an organic movement practice for women to learn to love their body\, their curves and enjoy the body they are in! \n\nMany women have been conditioned to believe their bodies are unworthy of love and have an inner critic that loudly puts them down\, shames and causes them to feel like something is lacking. \n\n\n\nWe are here to turn that story around!\n\n \n\nWhat To Expect:\n\n* Gentle\, fun\, guided movement practice ~ participate or watch\n\n...No experience necessary!\n\n* Clothing Swap ~ bring your gently used clothing and accessories \n\n*Community Connection ~ the lovely Ladies who make this BOMB!\n\n* Potluck style food and snacks\n\n\n\nThis is a donation-based day in support of Meals On Wheels. \n\nThey serve over 80\,000 meals annually in the Lafayette\, CO area and are in need. \n\n\n\nI have studied this movement art for over a decade and it's definitely my passion project. I'd be delighted for you to join us!
