All ages are welcome. In this 30 minute session\, kids will learn basic poses to create healthy energy\, offer physical challenge\, and inspire their imagination. No mat necessary\, just bring a smile and wear comfortable shorts or pants. Parents are welcome to join too!\n\n\n\nThis free community event is sponsored by your neighbors at Western Home Inspections\, helping you protect your greatest investment.\n\n\n\nCoffee\, juice\, water as well as fruit and light breakfast pastries will be offered.\n\n\n\nA parent/guardian must accompany and remain through the entire event with child(ren).\n\n\n\nClasses are offered at both 10am and 11am\; please plan to arrive a 10 - 15 minutes early for check in.
